2014 to 2020 - The pump concrete slab was in realy bad shape and had to be rebuilt.
The contractor washed, put armatures, made a box with melamin plies, poured the KIRC9000 and After 3h, it was hard and dry. Resist 62mpa (9,000psi) after only 3h! Frost and defrost, vibrations; the base soaks in a bituminous substance and is not affected at all.
« After a few years, this pump concrete slab was realy degrading and fell appart. Here we have the worst conditions. We didn't even take the old material off, just poured around with the KIRC9000. So much faster than re-building from scratch. This concrete slab is subject to a lot of vibrations, with drastic temperature changes when pumping and expansion of pipes. It doesn't budge. It is a very good product. »

Spoiled surface that was cut at 1/4 inches.Wait only 15 minutes to walk on it and 1h for karts, when repaired with KIRC9000.
Repair at 0°C
« We saved at least 72 hrs of drying time and the complex installation to ensure a stable temperature while drying.
After an incident, in wich one of our lift driver accidentally hit a column that held a part of the attic.
The zone was secured at once with a scaffolding (ECH+) to allow the repair. With the engineering team's help and a specialized
welding team, we were able to replace the bottom part that was broken. The base of the beam was repaired with KIRC9000
to accelerate the repair and avoid complex installation because of the outdoor temperature that was near 0°C (no heat needed
and no complication). The use of KIRC9000 also allowed us to rapidly clear the access to the dumping conveyor and get the
operations back to normal for production. KIRC9000 greatly responded to our needs: Easy and fast repair even in cold temperature. »

Removing the gate and filling.
It was a very deep hole in a busy traffic spot. Contractor first fill with gravel and compacted, then he poured some rock dust and compacted once more. Filling with KIRC9000.
